A Series of Ten 3-Hour Experiential Workshops for Women

Exhausted but cannot rest. Creative but cannot create. Longing but cannot name what you're longing for. Compliant on the surface but inwardly dying.

If any of these phrases land somewhere in your body, if they touch something you recognize but have rarely had permission to name, this series is for you.

We are living in times of profound upheaval. The external world, its instability, its noise, its relentless demands, has a way of pulling us further from ourselves precisely when we most need our own ground to stand on. In times of chaos, the invitation is not to become harder or more controlled, but to go deeper: to find the place within that has never been uprooted. And yet for many women, that inner ground has long been difficult to access.

Many women are taught, often without words, to forget parts of themselves in order to belong. Over time, pleasing and self-control can become survival strategies, quietly reshaping how we show up in the world. Our instinctual self — the part that knows when to stay, when to leave, when to extend, when to rest, and when to move, becomes muted.

This workshop series invites women to reconnect with the Wild Woman archetype within them: the instinctive, embodied, creative intelligence that lives beneath conditioned expectations. In this context, the word "wild" does not imply chaotic or aggressive — it is rooted in the relationship to the body's wisdom and deep intuitive knowledge.

Participants are invited to explore their own inner terrain through embodiment, storytelling, and Therapeutic Ritual Processes. This contained space honors personal rhythm, choice, and consent. We look forward to seeing you there.

AWAKENING: NAMING WHAT WAS LOST

Phase I
The Cost of pleasing
What have you given away in order to be accepted? What have you swallowed, softened, or silenced and what has that done to you over time? This workshop is for women who are exhausted by the act of orbiting around other people.

Release_Yourself 1.png
Release Yourself from Patriarchal Conditioning

What patriarchal values are you living by that don't reflect your intuitive knowledge? If nobody had ever taught you to be unsure about what you long for, what would you feel, say, or do?

Stop Echoing the Narcissist and Find Love
Many of us have organized ourselves around someone else's reflection. This session explores how we lost our own voice in relationships — and how to recover it.

DESCENT: MEETING WHAT WAS HIDDEN

Phase II
Repressed Anger
Anger that had nowhere to go did not disappear — it went underground. Medusa asks us to see what was monstrous only because it was misunderstood.

Descend 1.png
Descend to the Dark Continent Within
Following Inanna into the underworld, we practice voluntary descent: stripping away persona, meeting the shadow, and trusting what lives in the depths.
Finding Your Lost Key
Something was left behind: a memory, a desire, a way of being. This session is about returning to the place where you last knew yourself fully.

RECKONING: TRANSFORMING
THE WOUND

Phase III
The Price of Pride: The Terror of Intimacy
What keeps us from true closeness? This session explores the armoring that protects us and the tenderness it conceals.

Authority 1.png
Remembering
Your Authority
The Handless Maiden was disarmed by someone else's bargain. Here we reclaim agency over our own story and restore what was taken.

RECLAMATION:
EMBODYING THE WILD

Phase IV
Empowered Solitude
In the oldest sense of the word, virgin meant one-in-herself — belonging to no one. This session reclaims solitude as sovereignty, not absence.

Reclaim Your
Wild Woman
We close by coming home. Artemis runs with the wild things, answers to no master, and knows her own ground. This is where we arrive: instinctive, whole, and free.
